In a cooperation with LIMAK Austrian Business School, a team around Wolfgang Güttel — head of the Institute for Human Resource & Change Management at the Johannes Kepler University Linz — examined, how business leaders have dealt with crises in the past.
The aim of the study, which enters new scientific ground, was the identification of management methods that help executives to guide their companies through disruptive crises.
Yesterday, the study results were presented at the Linz Bergschlössl in front of Upper Austrian business leaders and discussed in a panel discussion.
