In a coop­er­a­tion with LIMAK Aus­tri­an Busi­ness School, a team around Wolf­gang Güt­tel — head of the Insti­tute for Human Resource & Change Man­age­ment at the Johannes Kepler Uni­ver­si­ty Linz — exam­ined, how busi­ness lead­ers have dealt with crises in the past.
The aim of the study, which enters new sci­en­tif­ic ground, was the iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of man­age­ment meth­ods that help exec­u­tives to guide their com­pa­nies through dis­rup­tive crises.

Yes­ter­day, the study results were pre­sent­ed at the Linz Bergschlössl in front of Upper Aus­tri­an busi­ness lead­ers and dis­cussed in a pan­el discussion.
